Wow, those were truly the days. My brother and I had a restaurant and bar, with a little campground up in Idaho back in the day. We had more fun than you could ever imagine. Those days are so sadly gone. My brother has passed, just like the good old days. God, how I miss them both.

I was there… J David is a life long family friend. My brother played at Lucky’s with Western Bred for years. Btw; when he said he had gotten into a lot of trouble at Lucky’s a long time ago… that was just a month ago… 😉 A truly amazing musician and a great guy. I was always begging my parents to allow me to stay up until the jam sessions ended… wonderful memories.

Fantastic.... I remember seeing a video of Waylon in concert performing this song, he played the first part of the song without singing... and after about 30 seconds said "it's got a hell of a rhythm to it..... I just need to find some words to go with it" I wonder If that preceeded this particular video...... I'd love to see that again..... shows his personality..... the crowd certainly appreciated it
